Common questions
- How often will I get emails?
- No more than one email a week, and often less. Each one is a short round-up of new articles from our psychologists, with occasional practice news.
- How do I confirm my subscription?
- After you subscribe we send a confirmation email. Click the link in it to start receiving the newsletter. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
- How do I unsubscribe?
- Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you straight away. You can also email reception@cymp.com.au and we'll remove you.
- Is the newsletter a substitute for therapy?
- No. Articles are general information only and aren't tailored to your situation. If you'd like support, speak with your GP or contact us to book an appointment. If you need urgent help, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 000 in an emergency.
Are you a GP or referrer?
We send separate updates for GPs and other referrers about our team, availability and services. Email reception@cymp.com.au and we'll add you.
Need help now?
The newsletter isn't a crisis service. If you need urgent support call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 000 in an emergency. See Crisis Support.
