    • Your plan includes funding for psychological services
    • Your plan is self-managed or plan-managed (we are not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't see NDIA-managed participants)

    How to Access NDIS Psychology

Getting started with NDIS-funded psychology is straightforward.

    1

    Check Your Plan

Review your NDIS plan to confirm psychology funding is included under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living.

    2

    Contact Us

Call or email our reception team. We'll discuss your needs and confirm we can support your NDIS goals.

    3

    Service Agreement

We'll prepare a service agreement outlining the services, fees, and how your NDIS funding will be used.

    4

    Begin Sessions

Start your therapy journey. We invoice your plan manager, or send you an invoice to claim from your self-managed funds.

Which NDIS Plans We Can Work With

    Plan-Managed

We invoice your plan manager directly, at or below the NDIS price limit.

    Self-Managed

We provide detailed invoices for you to claim from your NDIS funding.

    NDIA-Managed

We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't see NDIA (agency) managed participants. If your plan is NDIA-managed, talk to your NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator about plan management.

    NDIS Psychology FAQs

Do I need a referral for NDIS psychology?

No GP referral is required for NDIS-funded psychology. However, you do need an approved NDIS plan with psychology funding included.

What's the difference between NDIS and Medicare funding?

You cannot claim both NDIS and Medicare for the same session. However, some participants use Medicare when their NDIS funding runs low. We can help you navigate this.

How many sessions can I access?

This depends on your NDIS plan funding. Unlike Medicare (limited to 10 sessions/year), NDIS funding can support ongoing therapy as long as it aligns with your goals and plan funding.

    Are there any out-of-pocket costs?

We invoice at or below the NDIS price limit. If your plan does not have enough funding for the sessions you want, we will tell you before the session.
